Deep Clean Add-on's

If you would like any extra services such as: (High Traffic Surface Disinfecting, Dishes, Laundry, Inside Oven Cleaning, Inside Fridge Cleaning, Inside and Outside Window Cleaning)  it must be specified during estimate and will be charged accordingly.

LATE PAYMENT FEES

Payments that are submitted more than 24 hours after a service is completed will incur a fee of $50. 

No Show Fees

All cleaning appointments cancelled in the same day will have a $50 fee applied. This also applies if you do not cancel your appointment before we arrive at your home.   

Cleaning appointments that are rescheduled less than 24 hours in advance will have a fee of $25 applied

Cleaning Times

All cleaning appointments must be scheduled through phone or email and must fall within the posted business hours. Appointments made through the phone must be made from 8am-5pm Mon-Fri

Appointments made through email can be made 24/7.

Service Guarantee

A walkthrough is required after every cleaning service. Any errors or adjustments must be pointed out during the walkthrough. We strive for perfection every time, but we do understand mistakes can happen and are happy to rectify them if so. If these are not pointed out before our cleaner leaves the home they will not be able to be corrected unless more cleaning time is purchased.
